Rubber protective caps are engineered to protect internal mechanical components from impacts, corrosion, and harsh environmental conditions. Widely used in the automotive and heavy machinery sectors, they provide reliable protection for moving parts, such as worm screws, cylinders, joints, and components requiring vibration reduction. The most common material for rubber caps is EPDM rubber, known for its weather resistance. However, other compounds with varying hardness levels can be used, depending on the application’s specific requirements.

Rubber protective bellows are molded in a single piece to provide flexible protection for mechanical components without restricting movement. They can be custom-designed in any shape or size, based on specific application needs. Commonly used materials include NBR rubber, which is resistant to oil, grease, and ozone, as well as EPDM rubber, which withstands higher temperatures and hard environmental conditions such as UV exposure. Our custom rubber bellows can handle operating temperatures from -40ºC to +140ºC, ensuring reliable performance across diverse conditions.
