Custom Rubber Seals OIL & GAS

Custom rubber seals, such as flat gaskets and O-Rings, are the most requested items in the OIL & GAS industry. At MGV, we oversee the entire production process of rubber items —from the design of the part together with the study and design of the mould and finally the production of the product. This enables us to guide customers during the selection of the best solutions for their needs.

Compounds and Materials

The most commonly used compounds include EPDM, NBR, HNBR, and FKM. For many years we are producing also with, fluorosilicone rubber (FVMQ) which is employed for projetcs where the resistance to extremely low temperatures is a must. The range of articles produced by MGV includes: flat gaskets, sleeves, bellows, caps, cable grommets, O-Rings.
At MGV, we have developed a special HNBR 70 compound for gas applications, particularly in the household appliance sector, meeting some stringent specifications compliant with UNI EN 549 B2-H3
